P. K TRADERS collects information required for account creation, email verification, order processing, delivery support and customer communication.

1. Purpose of the signal

P. K TRADERS processes personal data only to fulfil seed orders, protect accounts, and answer care messages. We do not sell personal information to third-party marketers.

2. What we collect

  • Account signal: name, email, and hashed password.
  • Order signal: delivery address, phone, basket contents, and payment method choice.
  • Care transcripts: messages sent through Contact, Help, or Track & Support.
  • Technical telemetry: browser type, session identifiers, and IP address for fraud prevention.

3. How the signal is used

  • Authenticate logins and block duplicate or abusive registrations.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch moisture-safe seed lots through courier partners.
  • Send transactional notices about dispatch, delivery attempts, and remedies.
  • Meet tax and accounting duties where applicable.

4. Retention window

Order records stay for the period required by commercial and tax law. Optional marketing consent can be withdrawn by emailing support@pktraders.store.

5. Your controls

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data subject to legal retention. Write to support@pktraders.store from your registered address.

6. Hardening

Passwords use one-way hashing. Card details are handled by certified gateways; P. K TRADERS does not store full card numbers on dock servers.
