Cancellation requests can be raised before dispatch from Track & Support.

1. Before packing starts

Abort requests filed through Track & Support before packing begins may be accepted with a full refund to the original payment method.

2. After the label prints

Once a shipment label exists, cancellation is generally closed. You may refuse delivery; return freight and spoilage risk may reduce any refund.

3. COD discipline

Repeated COD refusals without a valid reason may pause COD privileges on your account.

4. Refund timing

Approved refunds initiate within 5–7 business days. Bank or UPI settlement times vary by provider.
